TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

 Concrete testing equipment needs: Bernozomit Torch ( heat test for acrylic cure and sealer ), surface substrate thermometer, Tramex Concrete Encounter (testing static moister of concrete surface), PH Neutral Water (surface water testing for cure and seals presense), PH Meter (testing PH surface content),  Mols Concrete Hardness Tester, and temperature humidity meter.

Personal & job safety equipment recommended: Fire extinguisher, safety aid kit, mobile telephone, painter cover all, ear protection, dust mask, full face air ventilator, half face ventilator,  and safety glasses. 

Job site protection & safety equipment:  Caution construction cones, caution tape, wheel stops for trailer, carpeting, walking mats and tarps to protect driveways and working areas.

Grinding Equipment for the “Prep-Perfect System” includes: 23″ Planetary surface grinder (220 volt), 7” Stand-Up edge grinder high speed, and non-clogging vacumme (110 volt ) with a y connector with two hoses to run both machines.

Repair tools & equipment recommended: mixing containment tub, One Day Floors™ crack repair material part A and B, silica sand, plastic mixing cups, nitrile gloves, electric chipping hammer (for removing pop-outs and lose divots) and putty knives. 

Clean-up & detail equipment recommended: dust recovery vacuum system, hoses and wand with surface head, 4”1/2 & 5” hand grinders with and without dust shrouds, knee pads and electric hand held blower.

Coating system material & media: One Day Floor™ Polyaspartic product part A and B, 3M Colorquartz™, and or floor chips, One Day Floor™ color pigment, anti – slip COF additive, acetone and Xylene.
 
Application tools & media recovery equipment:: electric slow speed mixing drill, mixing containment tubs, measuring mixing buckets, product dispenser pan, roller cages (18’’, 9” and 4″), spiked shoes, 14” scrapers, squeegee, blower & fan.

Consumable application supplies:
18” roller cover 3/8 nap, 9” roller cover 3/8 nap, 4” roller cover, 3” chip brush, paper towels, cotton rags, 3 mil construction garage bags, 2” blue painter tape, duck tape, and nitrile gloves.
